Cattle Farm Reorganization
Location: Mississippi Watershed
2020.10-2020.12 Individual Work
As a tremendous global contributor of dairy products, mississippi river basin is shouldering large amount of farms but also their wastes. In this region, greatest farms are gathered, the majority of which are cattle farms. The project is focusing on reorganize cattle farms towards a better developing method.

In current situation, cattle farms are surrounded by layers of plantings, however, plantings are in need of fertilizers which can be produced from cattle.
Therefore, the proposal is to put compost mazes in farms to grow the vegetations like mushroom and corns to provide cattlr food on one hand also help consume cattle emissions on the other.

The second proposal is to make vegetation buffer zones in farm margin lands. This is working as a self-balancing proposal for farmers to calculate the amount of greenhouse gas that their cattle will produce, then the corresponding trees that absorb greenhouse gases should be planted.
